Partner’s Contracting
Focusing on
the client’s
Executive Office
needs
Special to the Design and Construction Report
Pete Viscardi is everybody’s partner. As
founder, owner, and president of Partner’s
Contracting, a general contractor based in
Sterling, Va., he and his team are commit-
ted to delivering high-quality projects on
time or, usually, ahead of schedule.
But the “partner” isn’t a corporate
shareholder or another owner. It’s the
client. It’s the “committment that we have
with them to give them a quality job in a
timely fashion,” Viscardi said. “That’s the
underlying concept.”
Begun as a custom carpentry shop in
the 1980’s and incorporated as a general
contractor in 1995, Partner’s clients run
the gamut. At one time, Viscardi, his team,
and his subs specialized in renovating sin-
gle-family homes in the suburbs of Wash-
ington, DC. Currently, the company works
on high-end interior fit-outs for law firms,
banks, etc., such as the brand new Japan
Bank for International Cooperation, a
6,000-square foot, $550,000 fast-track in-
terior fit-out in downtown DC.
