the storeys below. The finishes are a mix of
hand-cut walnut, marble, Corian, granite,
sprung teak and glass.
The discreet technology in the property
is mind-boggling in scope, but reflects
the growing preoccupation with security
amongst the luxury residential market. The
property incorporates CCTV cameras to front
and rear elevations and junior rooms along
with motion sensors and vibration detection
systems. The lower-ground floor will even
have room for a live-in security/bodyguard,
who will be able to monitor the goings on
in the house from his or her control panel.
The car port operates on number-plate
recognition and the house has a number of
internal doors with codew access in order to
ensure maximum security.
Eaton Square is a personal favourite
of Finchatton Directors Andrew Dunn and
Alex Michelin. Dunn says: “I would argue
that Eaton Square is the most prestigious
address in the world and is certainly the
most beautiful London square. It is easy to
understand why it has been home to a host
of famous and infamous names since 1803
and why the Duke of Westminster and his
family choose to live here.
“We have been working incredibly hard
to ensure that this home becomes the most
unique property in the Square.” designer
