The course list is concise and clear, the only problem I had
when scanning through was that I wanted to do all of them
and found myself trying to work out how I could fi nd 11 clear
weeks to complete a Cordon Bleu certifi cate! Even if you do
not want to roll up your sleeves and get involved you can
attend a demonstration and watch the professionals at work,
you can learn so much by just watching and listening to the
experts.
Tante Marie will also send teachers to schools to teach sixth
form students how to cook, providing them with an essential
tool for life.
The courses are expensive, but you would expect this. There
are no short cuts here, you study within fantastic facilities,
you are being trained by the best, you have a fantastic
support system and you can study for your future, whatever
route you take.
For overseas pupils there are even language classes to
attend, you can read more about these on the web site along
with full details of all the courses, time tables and fees.

Managing Director and Principal
Andrew’s association with Tante Marie
began in 2006 when he was employed
to assist the then principal, Marcella
O’Donovan, with the day to day
Andrew Maxwell running of the school before becoming
Deputy Principal in 2007. Andrew trained in 1998 and after
spending 2 years teaching, went on to work in Australia’s
2000 Restaurant of the Year, MG Garage, for two years
before returning to London and working at Restaurant
Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, and then Thyme in Clapham.
He is involved with every aspect of the school and regularly
teaches and examines the students.
