was presented with a cheque for £1200

Stranraer get pro-active in getting youths involved
Stranraer BC are encouraging youths into the sport of
bowling and are on their 4th year of offering coaching to
primary schools in their area.
Several of the club members have gone through their
disclosure to enable them to train the youngsters. The four
week session has now come to an end and the club is now
offering any pupils who are interested to join them on a Friday
evening between
6pm and 7pm for
further training (the invites went out to each school offering
this, also for parents and teachers to join in this activity).
The Club is also offering free membership for the first year
to Juniors and Seniors who have never been a member
before.
