I’m so pleased. We now have a wider range of
gum and sugar confectionery products, we’re
less likely to have availability issues and we’re
giving ourselves the best possible chance to
maximise profits from our key tillpoint areas.
“I’m so pleased that I’ve already asked Paul if
we can have the same units for my other
stores!”
Now all that remains is to keep the units fully
stocked, and monitor the effect on sales in the
category. Check out next month’s SLR for a
progress report….
