Golfing Events Cater to
Both Juniors and Adults
A
s school winds down for the year, it’s
a good time to begin thinking about
golfing opportunities for juniors.
As mentioned in the May issue of The
Winged M, the Reserve Vineyards and
Golf Club is allowing MAC members to
participate in its junior beginner and inter-
mediate golf camps at a competitive price.
The beginner golf camp is designed
as an introduction to golf for first-time
participants. Topics covered include basic
etiquette, putting/chipping and full swing
basics.
The intermediate camp is for those
who are ready to take the next step in their
golf development. Topics covered include
short-game fundamentals; driver/tee shot
basics; and course-management skills.
The cost is $99. Each camp includes
three two-hour instruction sessions, tee
prize, and a pizza party on the third day.
