Exam location campaign
Exams are a stressful time for all of us. But for some off campus students they are worse than for
others. The Distance Campus Committee has received cries for help from students that have had to
140 milllion children who were underweight in travel for over two hours, taking numerous forms of public transport just in order to get to their
exams. Before they even arrive they are distressed and unfocused. I’m sure you’ll all agree this is not
conducive to achieving your best results.

Other students have their exam venues continually changed, sitting each exam at different locations
all over Melbourne. Just when they think they know where they will be heading and are familiar with
the route and travel times, the next exam is at a different venue.

So do you have long distances to travel to an exam venue? Does it take you more than an hour to get
to your exam? Can you catch public transport to your exams? Are your exam venues constantly
changing? If you have had issues with your off campus exam venues in the past then let us know so
that we can help.

Sign our petition and share your experiences at http://campaigns.dusa.org.au/campaigns/off-campus-
exam-venues before the end of June and go into the draw for one of four DUSA POST EXAM DETOX
specials consisting of Double Ice Skating Pass & Skate Hire at Wonderland Park, Docklands. Take that
special person and relax after the stresses of exams.

Winners will be drawn 30th June at 8.30pm and notified by student email.
