Yolanda Yvette Anthony is a native of Tangerine, FL. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Manage-
ment from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) in 1977. In 1994, she obtained an MBA from NOVA
Southeastern University. As a licensed Mortgage Broker, Yolanda believes in finding the “right” mortgage for her clients.
She offers FHA loans, VA loans and Conventional loans. She also offers programs for First Time Homebuyers, people
looking to refinance, and those that need debt consolidation.
Yolanda is an active member of Living Faith Assembly of God. She is, or has been a member of the Bay Area Apartment
Association, Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Tampa Organization of Black Affairs, Tampa Chapter of The Links,
Inc., National Association of Black Accountants, National Association of Female Executives and several other organiza-
tions.

Dr. William Marsh – Orthodontist – (813) 238-3384
Dr. William F. Marsh is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a 1970 graduate of the School of
Dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He served with distinction as a dentist in the U. S. Air
Force with the rank of Captain. Dr. Marsh then entered Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he completed
the specialty training required to become a certified orthodontist in 1974. After graduation, he served as an instructor
in the Department of Orthodontics at Howard University.
After moving to Florida, Dr. Marsh became a Senior Public Health Dentist and served more than 25 years with the Polk
County Health Department. As a weekly newspaper columnist for 10 years, Dr. Marsh wrote more than 400 published
articles about dentistry and dental care.
Dr. Marsh started his orthodontic specialty practice in Tampa, Florida in 1975. Since that time, he has received numer-
ous honors from his peers and the community for his achievements.
Dr. Marsh has met the exacting requirements for membership in the American Association of Orthodontics and the
American Dental Association. He is a Fellow of theW orld Federation of Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of

Forensic Dentistry. Dr. Marsh also maintains active membership in numerous other national, state, and local dental

Marcus McCants, a native of Zephyrhills, FL, is the owner and operator of Wingstop Restaurant on Fowler, Ave. He
is the youngest son of Geraldine (deceased) and Orion McCants, and happily married to Kimberly McCants. Together,
they have a beautiful daughter, named Ryan Hailey McCants.
After graduating from Zephyrhills High School, his studies continued at Morehouse College in Atlanta where he re-
ceived his Bachelors Degree with a concentration in both Finance and Management.
Wingstop is currently the number one wing franchise in the country. With over 500 stores in operation, Wingstop
specializes in 9 different flavored buffalo or boneless style wings; flavors ranging from Cajun hot to zesty Lemon Pepper
to sweet Teriyaki. All of the side items Wingstop offerd are made in house. Sides such as Bourbon Baked Beans, Creamy
Coleslaw, Fresh cut Seasoned Fries and Pearl Potato Salad. Even the house dips are made from scratch. The Wingstop
on Fowler offers a dine-in aviation décor ambience, where you can watch the game and listen to some Classic R&B
music. Although Wingstop sells beer and wine, we are a family friendly restaurant.
