After living in Tampa in the 90’s with her husband Charles, the young Carters left to work for the family business in
Philadelphia, with the intention of one day returning back to the Tampa Bay area. 15 years later, Keisha Carter had no
idea that she would be going into business at Winthrop Town Centre, in Riverview Florida to open a health & nutrition
boutique.
Keisha C. Carter, CEO, a native of Harlem, NewY ork City is a business owner, community planner, coach, manager and training
and development specialist. As an organizational analyst & nutritional coach with over 10 years of experience helping peo-
ple, organizations and communities achieve their highest purpose.“ It has been my passion for more than a decade to support
organizations and communities embrace change, navigate conflict, and to discover ways to collaborate and develop
strategies with proven solutions to inspire action.” As CEO and co-founder of Anew Lifestyle & Wellness Solutions, Inc.

She educates and provides the tools necessary to help others to embrace the true “Art of Living”, which includes
nourishing the mind, body & spirit with a nutritionally sound diet that incorporates fresh veggies, fruits, herbs & vita-

Joseph “Joe” DeMoulin is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and came to the Tampa area in 1980. Prior to this time, Joe
had joined the United States Air Force and served a total of six (6) years.
Joe later attended Roffler Barber College, where he received his training to become an entrepreneur and in 1983, he was
licensed as a Master Barber. He was first employed with Cole Barbershop, immediately thereafter, he worked at Decasha
Beauty Salon for five years. Simultaneously, he worked at the United States Postal Service. He continued this avocation of
barbering while employed with the Postal Service for 15years. In 1990 Joe opened Attitude Plus Barbershop and today
he continues to employ and train young entrepreneurs in professional hair design.
In 1998, Joe retired from the postal service and with a need to explore other interests; Joe began his quiry for retailing
and launched Big and Wheel Guys Clothing in 2003. Needing to expand, he first held a grand opening in the Interna-
tional Flea Market. Now, his retail shop is adjacent to his barbershop in North Tampa.
Joe’s barbershop became a Christian-based business when he became affiliated with Revealing Truth Ministries, where he
currently serves as an Associate Pastor after being involved in the ministry since 1993. He is happily married to Bridgit,
who is his business partner. He is father of two sons and the grandfather of ten. He is known by them all as “Papa Joe.”

A business man, born, reared, and educated in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Canty is a product of the Hillsborough County
School system; continued his formal education at the University of South Florida (USF). Mr. Canty earned a bach-
elor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He graduated as a Distinguished Military
Graduate and served his country as a supply officer in the US Army. After returning from the military he earned a
master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation (again from University of South Florida). While earn-
ing his master’s degree Mr. Canty became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and was very active in his union,
eventually being elected president of his Teamsters Local Union before going into private practice.
Mr. Canty credits his unique experience, education, and style in establishing his well respected and success-
ful financial service practice. Lenzo R. Canty, CPA, specializes in accounting, tax preparation, tax planning, and
retirement strategies. Lenzo R. Canty, CPA is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the National Association of Black Accountants
(NABA). Mr. Canty is married to Sharon Fields Canty and they reside in Tampa and are members of The Word of
Reconciliation church. They have two sons and three grandchildren. Most of Mr. Canty’s clients are just like him;
people wanting to succeed in business, minimize their taxes, grow assets, and plan for an enjoyable and successful
retirement. His business is located on the corner of 30th and Annie St. (One traffic light north of Busch Blvd. on
