Linda Evans is a native Tampan and the owner and President of Have Broom Will Travel, Inc. - a Commercial and
Construction Cleaning Company that has provided service for more than 32 years in the Bay Area and VanAllen &
Associates, Inc. - a nutrition service for developmentally disabled persons presently provides service in 41 Florida counties.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee Institute in Food Administration; she has received a
Masters Of Arts in Gerontology from The University Of South Florida and a Masters Of Science in Nutrition and Distributive
Education from Michigan State University. Linda has worked as a nutrition consultant for nursing homes, classroom teacher in
Hillsborough County, as a clinical/administrative dietitian in hospitals and as a social worker for Hillsborough County
Department Of Aging Service.
Have Broom Will Travel, Inc. (HBWT) was organized in 1976 by Linda VanAllen Evans as the owner and president and her
son, Alphonso Sheppard, Jr. as General Manager, HBWT has grown to a successful operation and provided janitorial service in
commercial buildings as large as 500,000 square feet and construction cleaning projects over one million square feet. HBWT is also
a federal government 8a & Hub Zone Certified company.
VanAllen & Associates, Inc. was organized in 2002 to provide nutrition services to developmentally disabled persons in 6
counties. This company has expanded its’ service to 41 Florida counties and employs two full time and three part time registered
dietitians.

Anthony “Tony” Evans is a native Tampan and the owner of Top Notch Computer Service, Showtime Recording Studio and One
Accord Gospel Creations. Tony conducted an outreach service for 10 years at the corner of Scott and Tampa Street where he
provided a gospel message, music, breakfast, housing and job placement.
Top Notch Computer Service has been operating for five years and has become a vital part of the communities computer
needs. Top Notch provides computer repairs, upgrades, networking, virus control, phone consultation and makes house calls to
many residential customers and commercial accounts.
Showtime Recording Studio has provided quality recording, composing and arranging for well known artist and works with
beginners. The recording studio also transforms old music formats into today’s’ Digital mp3 format.
One Accord Gospel Creations, a gospel singing group was organized in 2005 by Anthony Evans with an abundance of experience
and God given talent. Their first CD was released in 2006 “Jesus Made A Difference” and their second CD will be released early,
2008. One Accord is comprised of Chris On Keys - the musical director and manager, Floyd Joy- a well known personality in
Tampa, Joel Randall - a young talented vocalist, Herman Munn of Tampa, James Buford from Illinois and Anthony Evans, composer
of most of the songs recorded.
