Iris Prince - Broach High School, ESA Exceptional School - 813-623-1751
Ms. Prince was born in Richmond Virginia; she was educated in the Hillsborough County School System. lris realized
her dream of being an educator after she graduated from college she spent several years teaching and now feels that
she can take a different approach to education. Ms. Prince joined Educational Services of American (ESA) in 2005 as a
teacher. Ms. Prince was impressed with the philosophy of the school upon her initial introduction. Ms. Prince states, “I
really believe in the school’s approach of helping kids who are struggling. I believe that we can do things differently from
the traditional education model. We do not put labels on kids.”
lris Prince strongly believes that all kids can learn giving the right support and environment. Every one learns differently
and we must be willing to explore those differences and meet the needs of our young people. Ms. Prince attended Saint
Leo College where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, she then went on to Florida Metropolitan University where
she received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. Ms. Prince has been in education for more than 15
years, her goal is to support families in the local communities by offering an alternative to the traditional educational

Terry & Terri Payne – Temple of Praise Worship Center

Pastor Terry Payne, a native of Detroit Michigan, is founder and Senior Pastor of Temple of Praise Worship Center
International (TPWCI) and Founder of ‘Who I Am’ Ministries in Riverview, Florida. Pastor Terri Flores-Payne is a native
of Colorado Springs Colorado, who grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and is the Co-Pastor of TPWCI and leads the psalmist
ministry.
In 2005, Pastor Payne received the vision for Temple of Praise Worship Center International. Realizing people were
starving for God to move in their lives and in their place of worship they opened the doors of TPWCI on August 14,
2005. Pastor Payne’s practical approach to teaching the Bible encourages all Christians to pursue a personal relation-
ship with God.
These pastor’s have shared over 16 years of marriage and have two daughters, Terika and Terin. They are committed to
teaching others to express their love for God through an act of praise, literally changing the way they praise forever.
They invite you to take part of an awesome worship experience, as we love Gods people and prepare them for life’s
journey as disciples to magnify God’s name!

nal Justice from Florida A & M University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Southern University. He opened his
