Stena Line ferries
get a touch of

Ferry operator Stena Line Irish Sea has
received digital signage screens and
QoVision software on three of its vessels,
installed by Saville Audio Visual.
The project included replacing dated
static menu boards in the Food City
restaurants onboard with NEC 24 inch
digital signage displays, which allow for a
variety of information to be displayed and

changed rapidly.
Passengers on the Belfast/Stranraer,
Rosslare/Fishguard and Dublin/Holyhead
routes will benefit from the new displays.
Existing on-board plasma displays
were connected to a QoVision signage
player with its output split to four screens,
displaying currency exchange rates,
on-board offers and product advertising.
Another player is linked to the matrix
switcher, allowing additional content to be
shown on any of the screens as required.
