UVP Transilluminators
Cutting-edge construction of UVP transilluminators includes
an electronic ballast for increased stability and reduced power
consumption. They also have a compact size to fi t conveniently
in small laboratory spaces. Benchtop UV transilluminators
feature a fast lamp start-up with no light fl icker. The FirstLight UV
Illuminators offer high sensitivity and <5% coeffi cient of variance
(CV) across the full fi lter area for consistency across the entire
illuminated surface.

UVP PCR Systems
• Control potential PCR contamination with the built-in UV for inactivation of DNA
between experiments
• 254nm shortwave, overhead UV source; select models recirculate UV sterilized air
• All PCR systems include 2 small, removable shelves, UV timer, antimicrobial coated
stainless steel, UV safety shut-off, and the acrylic panels block light below 400nm
