From June12 through June 15 eagle hosts the trea-
sure Valley’s first summer festival. We asked around
town to see what people like to do during the festival, below are
their responses as well as comments from the em staff.
“i love hanging out with my nieces and nephews.
like everyone else, we love the Wet & Wild Parade.”—tia
“Eagle Fun Days has become an annually event in the Adams Taylor household. We usually
go the Saturday of the event because my kids love the Wet and Wild Parade. It really is the high-
light of all the events. After the parade, we mosey down to one of the local vendors for a late lunch,
browsing in between to see what other booths and vendors have to offer. Then, without a doubt, weather
its pouring rain or 98°, my kids HAVE to ride the rides- way down at the very end of all the venues. In-
evitably we are all hot and tired, in the end I am getting the better end of that deal!”—Chelsey
“My favorite Eagle Fun Days was a few years ago when we participated in the parade.
We borrowed a friend’s cool fifties car, and I dressed my boys in white t-shirts and rolled
up jeans. This year, it’s all about the water fight!”—Liza
“We have always enjoyed going to the bike race, it is fast and the action is close. We also really enjoy
the food and of course the water fight during the parade.”—Eric Jacky
“For me, nothing says ‘fun’ like pancakes and rocky mountain oysters. i’ll be eating.
a lot. and then i’ll be on the sidelines at the Wet and Wild Parade, yelling for the
firemen to take their shirts off--and i won’t be ashamed.”—amber
