PR & Communications
A little flurry of activity for us at PR & Comms this quarter. As ever,
David Whiting has been busy sending out Press Releases to the
local paper although sadly they managed somehow to print the
previous year’s pictures in the article resulting in a corrected re-run
the following week. This once
again proves the old printer’s
saying that there’s always time
for a reprint.
Peter B has now re-registered
lutonchilternrotary.org as the
Club’s official web address
and is now looking to begin
assembling material for
inclusion on the site which is
being modelled on the RIBI
template. More from Peter on
that front as work progresses.
We have produced a poster
for Danny Evans advertising
the Club’s Golf Day and
recently were involved in the
Tech Tournament, helping to
produce Certificates and Brochures. Peter was again there early
taking team photographs. We then printed these off in time for the
teams to take away with them. This was the writer’s first involve-
ment in this particular event and I would like to record how impres-
sive and well supported the event was. I greatly enjoyed the day
and my time as the photographer’s apprentice.
