Robin has some great new work coming out in 2009, which she is extremely excited about.
Peter Pauper Press is publishing one of their charming petites giftbooks that she has illustrated
– a book of friendship quotes with happy friends and fl ower imagery. Robin said: “It was very
uplifting and fun to work on! I also have a new fabric line with Robert Kaufman Fabrics, which
ships in July.” The fabric line, ‘Deco Park’ has modern nature themes with vibrant and saturated
colours, which will be available through speciality quilt fabric shops. She continued: “I’ve been
exploring more pop-up work with Papyrus lately and love the new challenges I get with them!”
With a wide variety of licensed product selling at retail, Robin felt it necessary to start working
with Jewel Branding to further promote and establish her brand for product licensing and brand development. She said: “I am thrilled to be working
with Julie Newman. I’ve had some nice product launches and I am ready for a dynamic and knowledgeable person to help me grow the Robin Pickens
brand. I know Julie will be instrumental in growing my brand and fi nding great new companies to work with.”
