K Hall Arts Management
Booth 252
www.khamnyc.com
K Hall began in the fi ne art business, with an art gallery in Soho
selling high-end original oils. The company has produced a
performance art piece called Paradox Box and an off -Broadway
musical called Evolution F., which benefi ted battered woman.
Both were written and conceived by artist Peter G. Pereira.
K Hall strives to develop a business of ideas and means and
social education. The company motto is ‘goodwill is the only
asset that cannot be undersold or destroyed’. It believes it is
important to combine humanitarian causes with provocative,
original and forward-looking images in varied media and arts. It
is an important business strategy for K Hall to combine causes
with images and art. The company developed the posters for the
Concert for Burma and the specifi cations, for the concert for the
international declaration of human rights. The next obvious step
was to develop images for the licensing market at large.
In addition to other industry trends, such as colour and
line art, K Hall will be producing one talisman every year. A
talisman is something used by the Native Americans to protect
themselves, and in keeping with the pop and wow of the
hugely successful graphic tee business, K Hall has developed a
character called ‘Jazz Dog’. Jazz Dog is a protection talisman, and
was created by Pereira to keep the owner or wearer safe from
negativity. Kay Hall explained: “He scares away all bad thoughts
and the kids just love him. I hope to see him on coff ee mugs, on
posters and T-shirts and even little charms for charm bracelets.”
K Hall hasn’t forgotten the value of the good old-fashioned
love the world has for fl ashy patterns and fl orals though. Kay
said: “I love them too and we’ve developed lines of patterns that can bridge the gaps between textiles and paper products, wall coverings and linens.”
Part and parcel of K Hall’s business strategy is cross-pollinated images that can be used in a full line of products, on paper and textiles as well as
posters. The company creates full line original images in-house, and keeps costs down by developing its own infrastructure and trade secrets to create
images that are wholly and originally our own. In turn this insures that any potential licensees that license an image from the company are guaranteed

exclusivity of that closely-guarded image or pattern in their market. Contact on +1 646 932 2388.
