Heidi graduated from UCLA with a degree in design and graphic arts, followed by several
years as an advertising art director and award-winning graphic designer. In the mid-1990s, she
started a successful resort clothing company and spent over a decade in the surf/resort industry
creating fabulous prints for fabrics, including a woman’s line for Honolulu-based Kahala
Sportswear. Today, she is involved with numerous companies developing product from paper
