PETS
Thoughweareallpetlovers,nopetsareallowedintherentalswemanage.Theonly
exceptions are those houses with “Pet Friendly “ in their description. Additional
chargesandrequirementsmayapplytopetfriendlyreservations;pleasecallfordetails.
SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside any rental units. Evidence of smoking in non-smoking
homes will result in forfeiture of deposit. If smoking outside of rental unit please ob-
servecondosmokingareas,andproperlydisposeofbutts.
MAINTENANCE
We make every efforttokeepeachunitandits equipmentingoodworkingorder. In
the event of a breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after we are
notifiedoftheproblem.Notificationshouldbemadeassoonaspossible.Evenifyou
arenotbotheredbythemaintenanceissueandwouldprefertherepairnottakeplace
during your stay, please notify our office immediately so that maintenance may be
scheduledinamannerasconvenientaspossibletoyou,butpriortothearrivalofthe
nextguest.Norefundoradjustmentwillbemadeformechanicalfailures.
KEYS
A maximum of two keys will be provided. They are picked up at our office at check-
inandreturnedthereupondeparture.Ifyoubecomelockedoutofyourunitafterof-
fice hours,a $15.00service charge will be deductedfromyourdeposit.There is a $5
chargeforlostkeys.
LOCATIONS
Withinthedescriptionofeachhousethereisadescriptionoftheunit’slocation.
OntheBeach:LocateddirectlyonthebeachfrontoftheGulfofMexico.
BeachSide:LocatedonthebeachsideorsouthsideofBienvilleBoulevard.TheWest
End of the Island is no more than ¼ to ½ of a mile wide and is divided by Bienville
Boulevard. The house can be as little as 100 feet from the Gulf but up to 500 feet
from the Gulf beachfront. Regardless of the distance renters still have access to the
Gulfbeachandawaterview.
OntheBay:LocatedontheBayorMississippiSoundfront.Mosthaveasmallbeach
andthewateriscalmerandshallowerascomparedtotheGulfofMexico.Rentersof
thislocationstillhaveaccesstotheGulfbeach.
Bayside:LocatedonthebaysideornorthsideofBienvilleBoulevard.TheWestEnd
oftheIslandisnomorethan¼to½ofamilewideandisdividedbyBienvilleBoule-
vard.Thehousecanbeaslittleas100feetfromthebaybutupto500feetfromthe
Bay.RegardlessofthedistancerentersstillhaveaccesstotheGulfbeach.
On Bay/Canal with Dock/Seawall: Located on the Bay or Mississippi Sound. They
haveaseawallandsometimesadock.Regardlessoflocationrentersstillhaveaccess
totheGulfbeach.
