given for power outages or mechanical failures of household appliances or utilities
featured.BoardwalkRealtywillmakeeveryeffortinrepairingorreplacingsuchitems.
HURRICANEPOLICY
If we are put under a hurricane warning and authorities issue a “Mandatory Evacua-
tion”orderforDauphinIsland,we will prorate yourrentandcredityouforthe num-
ber of nights you could not occupy the unit. The money will be refunded along with
yoursecuritydepositassoonasitispossibleconsideringtheconditions.Inthecaseof
a “Voluntary Evacuation” it will be your discretion to leave. No refunds will be given
inthecaseofavoluntaryevacuation.
PAYMENT
Fullpaymentoftherent,taxesandapplicablefeesisdueuponarrival. Forrentalpay-
mentweacceptcash,personalchecks,traveler'schecks,certifiedchecks,MasterCard
andVisa. Inaddition,wenowacceptAmericanExpressandDiscovercards,however,
a3%conveniencefeewillbeaddedtoanyAmericanExpressorDiscovercharge.
DEPARTURE
Upondeparture,pleasedisposeofalltrashinproperoutsidecontainers,leavekitchen
itemscleanandreturnedtotheirproperplace,lockalldoorsandwindows,remakethe
bedsandgenerallyleavetheunittidythenpleasereturnthekeystoouroffice.
MANAGEMENT
AllrentalhousesareprivatelyownedandaremanagedbyBoardwalk.Wereservethe
righttorefuseservicetoanyoneandwillnotberesponsibleforaccidentsorinjuryto
guests,damagetovehicles,orlossofmoney/valuablesofanykind.Rates,descriptions
andavailabilityaresubjecttochangewithoutnotice.
FURNISHINGS
All properties are privately owned. Decor, style, colors and inventories will vary. Fur-
nishings are subject to change without notice. Please do not rearrange furnishings
during your stay. When renting multiple units, please do not move furnishings or
kitchenitemstoanotherunit.Unitsareequippedwithairconditioning/heat,cableTV,
dishes,cups,andflatwareforthenumberofoccupantsallowed,basiccookware,mi-
crowave,coffeepot,andtoaster.Telephones(local,collectandcreditcardcallsonly),
are provided in all units except #15, 39, 48, 51, 67 & 71. Pillows, bedspreads, mat-
tress pads, and blankets are provided, however many of our units DO NOT INCLUDE
SHEETS, PILLOW CASES & TOWELS. Linen rental service may be arranged in advance
through Boardwalk Realty for a small fee of $12.00 per person for the duration of
yourstay.Boardwalkrentalunitsthatdoprovidesheets,pillowcasesandbathtowels
