ADVANCERENTALPAYMENT
Gulf front summer season rentals require an advance rental payment equal to 1/2 of
the rent be made at least 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due at
checkin. Ifreservationsaremadeinaunitrequiringadvancepaymentwithlessthan
60daystoarrival,paymentequalto1/2oftherentmustbemadeatthetimeofreser-
vation.
DAMAGES
We ask our guests to report any breakage or damage to 861-3992 upon occurrence
and to settle the matter before departure. Inspection crews carefully check proper-
tiesandyouwillbeheldresponsiblefordamagebeyondnormalwearandtear.
RENTALUNITCAPACITY
The total number of persons allowed in the property at any one time is restricted to
thestatedlimitforeachproperty.Inaddition,thenumberofvehiclesparkedatrental
unit should not be excessive. Boardwalk Realty does not rent properties for the pur-
pose of celebrating an event (Graduation, Prom, Weddings and or Wedding Recep-
tions,Parties,etc)ortoindividualswhoseintentionistoallowpersonsontheproperty
in excess of the stated limit. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction
fromthepropertywithnorefundofdeposit,rentoranyrentalcharges.
TENTATIVERESERVATIONS
Duringyourvacationyoumaymakereservationsfornextyear,subjecttoratechange
andavailability.Yourdepositwillberefundedautomaticallyunlessyourequestto“roll
itover”forthenextyear.
CANCELLATIONS&CHANGES
Forrentalsoccurringduringsummerseason,ifitisnecessarytocancelreservationsor
changeunit/datesafullrefundwillbemade,less$30forexpenses,ifthereservation
is cancelled/changed more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancella-
tion/change is made with less than 60 days prior to the rental a full refund will be
made,less$30,providedwecanre-rentthehouseforthesametimeperiodandrate.
If the unit cannot be re-rented the deposit and any required advance rental payment
willbeforfeitedtotheunitowner.
For rentals occurring during winter, spring & fall season, if it is necessary to cancel
reservations orchange unit/dates a full refundwill be made,less $30forexpenses,if
cancelled/changed more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the
cancellation/change is made less than 30 days prior to the rental a full refund will be
made,less$30,providedwecanre-rentthehouseforthesametimeperiodandrate.
Iftheunitcannotbere-rentedthedepositwillbeforfeitedtotheunitowner.
