joymentofourguestsandneighbors.Onlyresponsibleadultsovertheageof25may
register. No sororities, fraternities, school or civic groups are allowed. Absolutely NO
HOUSEPARTIESorweddingswillbeallowed.Violationsoftheabovearegroundsfor
immediateevictionandforfeitureofrentanddeposit.Identificationmustbefurnished
upon request. Boardwalk Realty reserves the right to refuse rental or to terminate a
rentalagreementif,initsopinion,theguesthasviolatedtheterms,conditionsandlim-
itationssetforthhereandintheGuestLicenseAgreement.

Our office hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00 – 4:00 Central Time; we are closed on
Sundays. Duringsummerseasonweareopenuntil5:00pmonSaturdays.
CheckIn-isafter2:00pmthedateofyourarrival.
CheckOut-isbefore10:00amthedateofyourdeparture.
RATES
Rates are listed on the attached form and online at www.boardwalk-realty.com. The
ratespublishedaretheratessetbytheownersofeachoftheindividualhouses.Board-
walk Realty acts solely as an agent of the owner and cannot negotiate prices. All
reservationsaresubjectto11%lodgingtax,$30non-refundablereservationfeeand
$55-$150(basedonhousesizeandlinens)non-refundablecleaningfee.

RESERVATIONS
Duringthesummerseason,ourvacationrentalsrentfromSaturdaytoSaturday.Dur-
ing summer season, reservations for periods less than a full week are taken on a last
minutebasisonly.Duringfall,winterandspringmostunitsareavailableforperiodsless
thanoneweekforaminimumof3nightsrental.Reservationsmaybemadebyphone
(TollFree1-877-861-3992)orinpersonatouroffice.Youmaycontactusbyemailat
www.inforequest@boardwalk-realty.com. All homes require a reservation deposit,
rangingfrom$200.00to$500.00thatisduewithin10daysofmakingyourreserva-
tion. ThisdepositisplacedinanescrowaccountandDOESNOTAPPLYTOTHERENT,
but converts to a refundable damage deposit at check-in. If your deposit is not re-
ceivedwithin10days,yourreservationwillbecancelledwithoutnotice.Arentalcon-
firmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit. Because you are
responsible for the accuracy of your dates and unit, please carefully check your con-
firmationandcall1-877-861-3992immediatelyifanycorrectionsarenecessary.
