With the “March for Those Who Can’t” in
the Pride parade and by sponsoring the
Pride Human Rights exhibit at the Pride
Festival, San Diego Pride raised awareness
of LGBT Human Rights challenges faced
around the world. Our brothers and sisters in
many countries live a life which is unknown to
the vast majority of people.

The march and exhibit were tributes to
LGBT individuals around the world who are
forced into invisibility or into denying who
they truly are because they live in a cul-
ture where hatred and violence are
justified by the State.
