Learn how to make more classic Japanese dishes with a native instructor
in a fun, hands-on environment. Menu items include party tamago yaki,

agedashi tofu, tonkatsu pork fillet, sukiyaki hot pot, green tea mochi roll ■
with sweet red bean paste, and okonomi yaki, Japanese-style pizza.

A $10 fee is payable in class for supplies and a sampling based on what
