This Red Cross-type course covers basic first aid plus adult CPR, rescue breathing, and choking.

Wear casual clothing, as student will be working on the floor. Any student requiring a Red Cross
card should contact the local Red Cross chapter. Students completing the course will receive a

certificate issued by the school at no additional charge. ■

through stretching exercises, and improve endurance, strength, and balance. Through gentle

body movements, breathing and relaxation, you will learn how to strengthen, tone, and create ■
flexibility in your body. Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing and bring a mat to class. For

over 20 years, Sandra Foster has been a yoga instructor in the Bay Area teaching Iyengar method
of Hatha Yoga.
