getting up every few hours, every night, every week. On Fri 1 May, Ty Hafan is hosting ˆ
its fi rst ever ladies’ Midnight Sleep Walk to raise money to give these mums a well
earned break. The eight-mile walk around Cardiff city centre will start and fi nish at the
Millennium Stadium, and participants are asked to wear their pyjamas to really make
