Welcome to Capacity Latam 2009. Capacity magazine’s 6th annual Latin American wholesale telecommunications
congress. I hope you find the two days both enjoyable and worthwhile. Below are a few notes to help you during
the congress.
REGISTRATION
Upon registration you will receive a badge. Please wear the badge at all times over the two days to ensure that you
are easily identified.
DOCUMENTATION
Please take your documentation with you at the end of the day. Capacity conferences cannot take responsibility for
lost documents during the congress. Every effort has been made to ensure that copies of all presentations are included
within the documentation but due to print deadlines, there may be some omissions. Please accept our apologies for any
inconvenience. All presentations that we have permission to publish will however be available to download from
www.capacitymedia.com after the congress.
MESSAGES
If somebody needs to reach you during the conference, they should call the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel on
+55 11 3069 2233 and ask to be put through to or leave a message for the Capacity Latam 2009 registration desk.
Please report to a member of Capacity staff at the registration desk to collect your messages.
