Richmond Festival of Music samples baroque and classical works of the 18th century in four concerts, from
April 19 to 24, at two Richmond area churches. . . . The Virginia Arts Festival presents the Kronos Quartet in
a program of modern and contemporary works by Steve Reich, John Zorn, John Adams, Harry Partch, Thelonious
Monk and others, April 26 at The NorVa, and father-and-daughter sitarists Ravi and Anoushka Shankar in a
