qualifications contained in those instructions relating to the opinions expressed in this
assessment.
As per your request, we respectfully provide a Summary Business Appraisal Report for the
Business of Vision Software Solutions Pty Ltd located at 2 Cliff Hanger Street, SAMPLE
(4500) with the effective date of valuation being 15

This report has been prepared with Fee simple interest ( sometimes called ‘freehold’ interest )
reported on all assets, Tangible and Intangible of the Business which is, at the date of this
report, functioning in continued use as a Going Concern.
If the business was to be appraised under any other scenario, then different values, no doubt
lesser values could be realised. Use of this report signifies your acceptance of Limiting
Conditions contained in the report, and the limitations outlined in the Request for Business
Value Appraisal and Disclaimer contained in this report.
The “Tangible Assets” or asset price represents the Certified Valuation of Machinery &
Equipment Plus Other business related Items only and does not include the value of:
 Inventories for resale or consumption;
 Leasehold Improvements to Property
 Transferable Rights or Privileges
As at the date of this report the Tangible Assets assessment of the business are $ 300,843.00
The “Intangible Assets” or “Goodwill” represents the current estimated value of the following:
 Establishing a customer base which will continue to trade with this
company after being sold.
 Securing a location, designing and constructing a floor plan (if
applicable) and securing and installing equipment.
 Management systems and trained personnel in place
and producing a cash flow.
 Proprietary rights or limited issue permits.
 Free training and available consulting time at completion.
