national accrediting agency charged with
authenticating the best programs in America in teacher
education,” said President Dr. David R. Smith. “Only
about a half of the teacher education programs in
Georgia have such approval. This is particularly
impressive for Brewton-Parker College, since our
teacher education degree is less than 20 years old.
Our students will now hold a national credential as well
as a statewide one from the Georgia Professional
Standards Commission.”
