eadcrumbs (made by tossing
ead into the food-mixer)
60g semolina1 fr
1 garlic clove, crushed and chopped1 heaped tsp chilli powdersqueeze of lime1 tbs soya sauce flour and sunflower oil for fryingfollow the paws
Roughly mash the kidneybeans.
Finely chop thetomato into smallcubes.
Mix the beans, tomato and chillipowder together in a bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs andsemolina and mix well.
Add the soya sauce and enoughlime to make a soft texturewhich can be formed into balls.
Form into burgers andlightly coat in flour
Lightly fry until brown on bothsides.

esh thyme leaves
Sea salt to tastefollow the paws
Heat oven to 220ºC/gas mark 7/425ºF
Cut the potatoes into 6-8 pieceslengthwise, depending on size ofpotatoes.
Dry them and place in a large bowl.
Add the oil and toss well.
Mix the other ingredients in another bowl.
Add to potatoes and coat well. Seasonwith salt.
Place on an oven tray in a single layer
. Bake for
about 25-30 minutes until crisp and cooked through - test by pushing forkinto one of them.
