During the planning process Lester said
they identified a trend with existing trade
shows. Planners wanted to add value to
their business by being able to offer seminar
and other event space.
“We initially contacted meeting planners
and trade show organizers to find out what
they liked and didn’t like about the facilities
they currently used,” Lester said. “From
their input we designed a facility that offers
maximum flexibility with maximum ease.”
The expansive ballroom covers 17,000
sq.-feet. There are up to 15 multi-purpose
breakout rooms with exclusive loading
docks and a drive-in door for easy access.
Complete with permanent screens, pro-
jectors and sound systems, this state-of-the
art technology is built right into each room.
There’s full service, ultra high-speed wire-
less Internet and advanced, moveable light-
ing systems and rigging points.
A $2-million dollar state-of-the art
kitchen was also part of the vision, allowing
