8 lbs. ribs
2 (12-oz.) cans of beer
1 cup honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sage
1-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Combine all sauce ingredients; pour over ribs and marinate overnight. Broil in sauce in
12" Dutch oven at 325 degrees (16 coals on top; 7 on bottom) for about an hour, turning
and basting frequently.
