1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn (with liquid)
1 can sliced olives (with liquid)
1/2 lb. pasta (any kind), uncooked
1 large can (29 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
In 12" Dutch oven, Brown beef with onions and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients,
except cheese. And cook on low heat (10 coals on top; 5 on bottom) for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and return to heat. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
