1 beef roast
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Place roast in 12" Dutch oven, combine onions, spices and bourbon and pour over top.
Place bacon strips across the top. Cook at 350 degrees (17 coals on top; 8 on bottom)
for 20 minutes per pound.
