Tasty Tartar Sauce Veggie Fish Sauce
Makes 1 jar – halve or quarter Serves 2-4

n 2 tsp capers, drained and rinsed
n 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped (optional) n 1 tbsp br own sugar
n 2 tbsp good quality soya sauce (eg Kikkoman, Essential or

1 Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
2 Thin with a little more water to soya sauce consistency.
3 Store in the fridge in a bottle or screw top jar.
