of food and drink, with in-depth interviews,
inspirational culinary advice and exclusive
recipes from four of the most respected women
in these ﬁelds – Angela Hartnett, Nancy Lam, Madhur
Jaffrey and Jilly Goolden.
A talented and adventurous chef, following years of
training with the esteemed Gordon Ramsay, Angela is now
established as one of Britain’s cooking greats. Madhur
Jaffrey has moved from Bollywood to balti and enjoys
her reputation as a great practitioner of Indian cooking.
Nancy Lam has taken Asian cuisine to new heights in the
UK, winning an army of fans in the process. Finally, Jilly
Goolden, the doyenne of the vine advises on the great and
good of today’s wines.
Food brings people together, it nurtures, gathers and
connects, so it’s always worth putting in the time and
effort to enjoy cuisine of the highest order, whether

Interestingly, tales of a credit crunch don’t appear to have
