In another seminar entitled “The New Normal: The State of Loyalty and Revenue Management,” on Wednesday, September 30, Marco Benvenuti, Chief

profitability and guest loyalty. During this seminar, Benvenuti, whose

He’ll also detail how casinos can use smarter reinvestment strategies to attract the their most profitable customers without over- incentivizing. solution, bringing new loyalty, forecasting and price optimization capabilities to the Las Vegas property with its more than 2,000 rooms.
