Project Manager
Meridian Cooling Ltd are a well established and stable air conditioning company that specialise in the supply, installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems across the UK. With nationwide coverage they continue to benefit from expansion and have a low staff turnover.
THE ROLE
• Taking air conditioning projects in the retail and commercial sectors from enquiry, through site survey, design and quotation.
• On order, procure materials, programme the contract and put together necessary site files.
• Attend site/progress meetings with the client and appointed contractors during delivery of projects.
• Agree final accounts. THE PERSON
• • Management and motivation of labour. Oversee costing, ensuring budget and quality are controlled.
• A technical understanding of the commercial air conditioning industry, with the skills and knowledge to survey, quote and project manage contracts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with your clients and supply-chain.
• Flexible to travel to sites around the UK as required. THE PACKAGE

Company Car.
• Good IT literacy of Microsoft packages. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
•• Basic salary dependent upon experience and track record. •• Based in Dorset, we would like candidates to ideally be based in Dorset/Hampshire.
Applicants will be required to travel to client sites nationwide, with occasional stay-overs.
