Annual Meeting of the Members of


Southwest Rural Electric Association, Inc. Tipton, Oklahoma


The annual meeting of the members of Southwest Rural Electric As- sociation, Inc., will be held in the Ramona Theatre, Frederick, Okla- homa, on Thursday, August 14, 2014.


Registration will begin at 2:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:55 p.m. The business meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m. to take action on the following matters:


1. The report of the officers, trustees and committees; 2. Any other business that may legally come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

District Meetings


Set for September 2 SWRE members who receive elec- tric service in Districts 2, 5, and 8 will hold district meetings on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at the following locations: District 2, 9:30 a.m., Warren Senior Citizens Center, Warren, Oklahoma. Dan Lambert represents District 2 members on the SWRE Board.


District 5, 12:00 p.m., SWRE headquarters in Tipton, Oklahoma. Dan Elsener is the District 5 board member. District 8, 6:30 p.m., Electra Golf Course near Punkin Center, Texas. Carl Brockriede represents District 8 members.
