Safety, Hazard Containment & Sterilising Equipment Affordable Benchtop Autoclaves

The feature packed C40, front loading, benchtop autoclave available from Priorclave at an affordable price and supported by a superb extended warranty gives long-term peace of mind of assured performance and reliability. It makes the compact C40 range of autoclaves the ideal choice for start-up laboratories or those with low sterilising throughputs.

The C40 - 40 litre autoclave range have easy-to-load 350mm diameter chambers and their small footprint enables even the smallest laboratory to own a highly efficient steam steriliser. The range is produced in two formats, as a standard operating autoclave or with a highly efficient vacuum system adding further to its appeal for those laboratories where infrequent sterilisations take place or a more demanding medium requires faster processing all within a bench mounted autoclave.

Everything about Priorclave C40 autoclaves is designed to appeal to those wanting a simple to operate machine. Out of the box the C40 benchtop autoclave requires only plugging into a 230V, single-phase supply and all operational functions are governed by the established, simple to programme and totally reliable TACTROL®2 microprocessor system - just set the temperature and time required, select any options needed and press start, operation is fully automatic once the cycle has started.

TACTROL®2 provides easy pushbutton control, whether requiring simple cycles or a fully featured multi-programme operation. By fully automating the sterilising process and with features to assist with autoclave management TACTROL®2 allows laboratory staff to continue with other tasks secure in the knowledge that autoclaving is proceeding safely and efficiently.

Buy Priorclave autoclaves in the knowledge that every care has been taken to build robust machines with a superior exterior finish to body panels and frames preventing potential for cross-contamination within laboratories. During manufacture Priorclave has incorporated Biomaster Protection into the exterior epoxy coating, a highly effective and permanent treatment for control of harmful bacteria, making any surface cleaner, more hygienic and providing durable lifelong protection against the threat of cross contamination.

29311pr@reply-direct.com New Smart Infrared Loop Steriliser

For highspeed annealing and sterilisation without gas flame, the SteriMax Smart from WLD-TEC (Germany) is ideal for all laboratories, anaerobic environments and safety cabinets.

This innovative Steriliser uses specifically focused infrared light which generates an IR hotspot for sterilising inoculating loops at a temperature of 650° to 1100°C in only 5 to 10 seconds immediately and without any preheating.

Features Include: instantly ready to work without any warm-up; auto-start through touchless IR-Sensor technology; adjustable sterilisation and cool-down timers for two users by front panel operation; annealing tube made of special quartz glass or optional wear-resistant ceramics; very simple cleaning of the device and annealing tube; efficient use of energy and minimal heat dissipation thanks to Thermo Control; cool -touch housing made of stainless steel and safety glass.

Ceiling Mounted Air Filtration System

Halo, a standalone, ceiling mounted air filtration system for the laboratory will allow safe reduction of air change rates while simultaneously improving the air quality of the lab. Featuring the proprietary Neutrodine filtration technology.

Break the status quo of using more fresh air that requires complicated and expensive airflow control systems, air quality sensing systems, or building management systems programming. Halo filters the air continuously, delivering equivalent Air Change Rates (eACH) for safety and savings in the lab environment.

When a chemical spill occurs the Halo will quickly improve air quality. The power of the Neutrodine filtration technology, also used in the GreenFumeHood, capture and retain a broad range of acids, bases and solvents; making it perfect for any laboratory environment.

Halo is installed in the ceiling grid like other fixtures (lights, chilled beams, grilles). Multiple units can be networked to increase their coverage area and communicate any sensed issues to all occupants.

Erlab’s history of filtration expertise, independent testing, and proven superior filtration retention make the Halo air filtration system perfect for the labs of today and tomorrow. Visit booth 215 / Hall B2 at the Analytica to experience Halo.

28989pr@reply-direct.com Space-Saving Storage for Chemicals and Toxic Substances

asecos, now brings you their latest cabinet models for the storage of a wide range of chemicals and toxic substances. The new CS-CLASSIC cabinets are divided into several sections so that hazardous materials can be safely stored in up to four separate and lockable compartments.

While traditional chemical storage cabinets have only a single storage space with two doors, the two new models from asecos come in versions with three or four doors. Each door can be opened separately to take out the chemical required while the others remain locked. Chemicals and toxic materials can thus be easily stored according to category or working procedure. Each of the doors can be locked separately to protect contents against unauthorised access. The stickers supplied enable the chemicals to be clearly labeled by any user. Each compartment can be subdivided by an integral or pull-out shelf while the height of the shelves themselves can be adjusted according to the size of the containers. The cabinet can be connected quickly to a technical exhaust system by a ventilation connection on the top. Uneven floors are no problem because the cabinets can easily be aligned by included adjusting aids. CS-CLASSIC safety storage cabinets are available in a dual colour scheme in anthracite with white doors.
