are being placed in our way all the time by government bodies with nothing better to do with their time: “How can we hit the travel industry this time? APD, Toms, Atol...” Why should we, as agents, be


forced to take on the financial burden because we want to offer customers the best value or the hotel that they want to book. Surely it should be the customers’ choice to take on that risk? Name withheld
