MOUNTAINEER CHUGS INTO THE US Canadian tourist train Rocky Mountaineer (below) has launched its fifth route between Seattle and Vancouver, which will be the first time the company has travelled to the US. The first Coastal Passage service will start on May 10 and it will operate on 12 Saturdays until October. Trains can be combined with other Rocky Mountaineer trips and Alaska cruises from Seattle with Holland America or Norwegian. Prices start from £352pp.
