Regional Sales Manager South West & Wales


In line with our ongoing growth plans we are looking for another Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Team covering the South West of England and Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established growing organisation who can offer an excellent next step in your Sales career. Primarily you will be responsible for developing and expanding the business within the Region by establishing esp and the enigma brand. This will take a very proactive sales approach which will maximize the opportunities that exist within the region.

Main duties will include: 





Carrying out field accompaniments with distributors. We are looking for someone who:


    





   


Has a track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 year experience.


Is a customer focused team player, with a flexible approach. Possesses strong organisational, reporting and MS Office skills. Has excellent listening, questioning, negotiating and sales skills. Has a full UK driving license.

The position will be home based with the ideal candidate located within the South West and Wales region. Our head office is based in Malvern, Worcestershire.

Developing the esp brands within new and existing distribution channels.


Developing end user business – establishing and evaluating product trials.


Demonstrating new products from Board level to end user. Auditing stock at distributor establishments. Conducting relevant training at customer sites. Attending regular review meetings.
