are asked to write a 500-word essay over a specific topic. This year’s topic is: “If chosen as a Youth Tour delegate you will be traveling to Washington, D.C. to experience and learn about America’s rich history. What moment in American history do you wish you had been a part of and how would you have contributed?”

May 27 - May 30, 2014, at Red Rock Canyon near Hin- ton, Okla. Teens who attend the camp will enjoy four days of fun activities that help build leadership skills, teach about electric cooperatives, and in- troduce campers to like-mind- ed peers from across the state. All camp expenses are paid by Kay Electric and transportation to and from camp is provided by the co-op. To win the trip to Energy


Camp, KEC is asking eighth graders to write a 250-word essay about:

without Electricity.” All essays need to be turned in to KEC by February 28, 2014. KEC will select four teens to
