Mexican Casserole

INGREDIENTS 1 lb hamburger meat


1 med. onion, chopped ½ lb. cheese


1 c. picante sauce


DIRECTIONS Cook hamburger meat and onion until done. Drain then add soup and sauce. Put chips in bottom of a glass dish then pour hamburg- er, mixture on top of chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Served with chips and picante sauce.


Twinkie Cake

INGREDIENTS 1 box Twinkies


1 can sweetened condensed milk Fresh or frozen strawberries 1 can crushed pineapple


DIRECTIONS


Put Twinkies in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour milk over Twinkies. Put fruit on top of all of that. Put the coconut and nuts on top of everything. Eat with Cool Whip.
