Tim Scroggins Senior Line Technician


PEC’s Operations Division Employee of the Year, Tim Scroggins, has been employed at the Cooperative for 36 years. Tim received this same award in 1993. According to John Hudson, PEC’s Sr. VP - Operations & Engineering, “Tim Scroggins is a very deserving member of our staff to receive this award. Tim is one of those individuals you can depend on for after hours response and for managing his areas of responsibility during the day.” As Senior Line Technician, Tim services territory in the


Ada area, handling connects, disconnects, outages and line maintenance. 0261800803 A 1971 graduate of Byng High School, Tim lives in Francis


with his wife Pam. They have one son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Kristi Scroggins who have two children Brody and Kobi; and daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Blake Crawford who have three daughters, Breecia, Aleah and Ally. Tim serves as a deacon of Trinity Baptist Church in Ada.


He enjoys hunting and fi shing, along with spending time with his grandchildren who are actively involved in showing sheep and Roff High School athletics.

Each year PEC full-time employees are asked to cast ballots for two fellow employees who consistently demonstrate excellence in his or her position and are deserving of Employee of the Year recognition. The honorees identities are kept secret until they are revealed at the annual Employee Awards Presentation.


Brandon Williams Asst. VP, Accounting & Information Technology


The Administrative Services Division Employee of the Year is Brandon Williams. According to Carlton Tilley, PEC’s Sr. VP-


Administrative Services, “Brandon is a totally dedicated PEC employee who has received the same honor previously in 2007 and 2010. Obviously, he is well liked by all!” As PEC’s Asst. VP of Accounting


and Information Technology, Brandon is responsible for coordinating payroll and accounts payable functions for PEC, as well as


various other accounting and IT functions. 1000600900 Brandon graduated from Ada High School in 2002 and began


working that same year in the Accounting department as a Clerk. He began working full-time in October 2005 while continuing his education at East Central University (Ada, OK). Brandon fi nished his accounting degree at ECU in December 2006. In 2010, he completed his MBA through Southeastern University (Durant, OK) and the 150 hour CPA requirement with honors into Beta Gamma Sigma. Brandon lives at Ada with his wife Shawna and their daughter Hadlee.
