Need a promotional item? WaveOn Flags & Ban- ners has the hook-up with custom tee shirts, sweat- shirts or koozies. Have them add rhinestones if a touch of bling is needed. “We have people come in all the time with off- the-wall requests,” Devone said. “They’ll ask ‘can you make a cover for my horse trailer?’ Yeah, we can do that. ‘Can you make skirting for my dock?’ Yes we can. So we do a lot of different things. We like to keep an open mind. If a customer has a request, bring it in. If we can’t do it, we’ll help you fi nd someone who can. Customer service and quality work are important to us, and that starts with listening to customers and fi nding out what their needs are.” WaveOn Flags & Banners has even made a cus- tom shower curtain.

“I told you we can do anything,” Devone laughed. “Everything is quality. It’s custom, it’s handmade, it’s made in America. We make a pattern for every design that comes in and that pattern stays with us so when a customer calls and says ‘hey, can you make me that fl ag again,’ we can say ‘yep, you got it.’ We can even go bigger or smaller the next time.” ➤
