Chicken Enchilada’s By Denee Rice


4 - large chicken breasts 1 medium onion - chopped 1 can chopped green chilies 1 - can cream of mushrooms 1 16 oz. sour cream


16 oz. package of Monterey Jack cheese 12 tortillas


1/2 stick of butter Use 3/4 cheese in mixture and 1/4 on top of enchiladas.


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook your chicken until done and saute onions in the butter. Now mix the mushroom soup, sour cream, onion/chilies and cheese then add your chicken. Roll the mixture into tortillas. Followed by brushing tortillas with water and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
