CEO VIEW BY JACK L. PERKINS, CEO

2013 District Meetings

Tri-County Electric Cooperative has nine districts, as illustrated below. Trustees, or representatives, of each district are elected to serve three year terms. According to the cooperative’s bylaws, the districts are grouped so that three districts hold elections every year. For 2013, Districts 2, 6 and 8 will host meetings. Members in these districts will receive their meeting notice in July.

TRI-COUNTY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE BOARD DISTRICTS Adopted March 2012 Thank you.

Following our recent member survey, the most important thing I can stay to you, our members, is thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for the acknowledgement of our efforts on your behalf. We appreciate our members and there is nothing more important than your satisfaction with our cooperative.

Tri-County Electric received an 87 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) based on the survey, which concluded in May 2013.

This score represents an all-time high for our cooperative and is 10 points above the national average for investor-owned utilities. It’s also four points above the national average for Touchstone Energy Cooperatives.
